近日,我市餐饮门店陆续恢复堂食。昨日是清明假期第一天,不少市民选择外出“尝鲜”。记者走访东街口商圈发现,文明餐桌理念在疫情期间更深入人心,餐饮企业通过限制就餐人数、顾客隔桌就坐等方式,保障舌尖上的安全。

昨日,记者在东百中心看到,各大餐饮店都在店门口的醒目位置放置了“堂食须知”的牌子,写明堂食限制接待的桌数、每桌限定人数,以及“文明用餐”“实行分餐制,用餐请使用公筷公勺”等内容。不少餐饮店还在桌上放置“用餐位”“隔离位”的指示牌,提醒顾客隔桌就坐。门口供顾客等号、休息的座椅,每隔一张也被贴心地贴上了“隔离位,勿坐”的指示牌。

正值饭点,记者发现,前来就餐的市民大都能按照“堂食须知”上的要求文明用餐。

“太二酸菜鱼”的一名店员告诉记者,店里限接待12桌,不拼桌、不加位,每桌接待客人数量不超过3人,他们会严格按照要求,引导顾客分桌文明就餐。
