今天是农历立夏时节,福州人在这一天向来有煮鼎边"做夏"的习俗。接下来就跟随我们镜头到江心公园,看看鼎边是如何烹煮的,又有何讲究。


上午,第四届闽都鼎边民俗文化活动热闹举行。现场,各位摊主各显身手,向大家展示了磨米浆、刷油、浇米浆等烹煮鼎边流程。据了解,鼎边,是福州著名小吃,又名鼎边糊。相传,起源于汉闽越王无诸时期的两位侯爷,他们俩统兵行军经过福州时,百姓前往劳军,阴差阳错发明鼎边糊,因其风味独特,遂被福州百姓所流传,两位侯爷因此被尊称为"鼎边王"。立夏时节煮鼎边糊,在以前,不光是一家人吃饱吃好之后下田劳动,还要互赠邻居,借以联络感情,体现出福州人"金厝边银乡里"的传统美德。

福州市传统文化促进会会长郑炜:我们在这里宣传闽都文化的同时,让我们民俗文化、闽都文化跟党的思想更好地融合在一起。
