26日上午,我市今年第六次土地拍卖活动在市公共资源交易中心顺利举行。本次拍卖共出让2幅住宅用地,出让土地面积达58.95亩,成交价款12.18亿元。

两幅公开出让地块情况如下:

本次成功出让的地块为宗地2018-44号与宗地2018-45号,其中,福州市城投建筑有限公司以1.31亿竞得古乐路沿线周边旧屋区改造项目地块六(宗地2018-44号),平均楼面地价11007元/平方米。深圳市海泽工程管理有限公司、深圳中海建筑有限公司联合以10.87亿竞得浦下旧屋区改造项目出让地块一(A)(宗地2018-45号),平均楼面地价10650元/平方米。

此外,为进一步加快安置房建设进度,确保安置户按时回迁,原定于今天公开出让的4幅配建安置型商品房项目用地,已按福州市委、市政府关于进一步加大旧屋区改造力度的要求,并经项目属地政府申请及市政府批准,全部调整为安置型商品房建设,拟依程序以协议方式出让。

据介绍,本次拍卖成交的2幅地块和调整作为协议出让的4幅地块均以安置型商品房为主,地块地理位置优越、交通便利、配套设施齐全,项目建成后将进一步改变老城面貌,提升宜居环境。
