入秋后,秋燥易伤肺,干咳的孩子很多,常做润肺操,对孩子有好处。福州有一位中医妈妈,就给自己的女儿,设计了一套独门的润肺操。她推荐,可以用姜片、刮痧板刮咽部,两侧各刮36下,或刮到出痧,可以利咽润喉、润肺去燥。有的人如果经常咽干、咽痒,刮完后,咽部很快就有津液分泌。此外,秋天饮食以酸、润为主外,可适当食用芝麻、糯米、粳米、蜂蜜、乳品、梨、甘蔗、枇杷、菠萝、香蕉、柿子、木耳、百合、天冬、麦冬、沙参、山药、银耳、藕、鸭肉等。每日可冲一杯蜂蜜饮用,还可适当多吃一些酸味果蔬。
