福州“文明餐桌”行动开展以来,从小餐馆到大酒店,“光盘”渐成文明新风尚。昨日,记者走访了福州大饭店、聚春园酒店、舒友海鲜大酒楼、安泰楼酒家等多家酒店和餐馆,发现各商家都在积极引导消费者理性消费,杜绝铺张浪费。

“文明餐桌、节俭养德”“不剩菜、不剩饭”“节俭惜福”……昨日,记者在多家酒店、餐馆看到,门口LED屏幕、墙壁、餐桌上面都有宣传标语,引导食客文明用餐。

“先生,您今天几位?”“先生,您点的这些菜够吃了。若是不够,我们会及时为您添加。”在福州大饭店,服务员会针对顾客用餐人数给出建议,并提醒顾客按需点餐;离席时,服务员还会主动询问顾客是否需要打包。

“我们的打包盒都是免费提供的,就是为了鼓励顾客将吃不完的食物打包带走。‘文明餐桌’行动开展以来,‘光盘’已成为大部分顾客的自觉行动。”福州大饭店工会主席张红英说,过去不少顾客碍于“面子”不好意思打包,现在餐后会有服务员主动提醒打包,让顾客卸下心理包袱。不仅如此,酒店还加强服务员文明意识的培养,以及节约粮食、文明用餐方面的知识培训。

记者走访时还发现,不少商家推出了小份菜品,供食量小的顾客选择。
