日前,经省人社厅审核通过,市人社局发布2019年福州市企业工资增长指导线,即企业货币工资增长上线为12%;企业货币工资增长基准线为8%;企业货币工资增长下线为3%。

市人社局有关负责人介绍,根据企业工资增长指导线,企业生产经营正常、经济效益增长的,可围绕基准线安排工资增长;对经济效益比上年有较大提高的企业、工资水平低于上年度当地在岗职工平均工资60%或两年以上不增资以及工资增长缓慢的企业,可以高于基准线确定工资增长幅度,但一般宜控制在12%以内;企业生产经营正常、经济效益增长缓慢的,可在下线和基准线之间安排工资增长。企业确因生产经营困难,经与工会或职工代表协商同意,可低于工资指导下线(含零增长或负增长)确定工资水平,但其支付给法定工作时间内提供了正常劳动的职工工资不得低于当地最低工资标准。
