25日,华龙一号全球示范工程——中国核电福清核电6号机组顺利实现外层安全壳穹顶钢模板吊装,将为后续国内核电机组大批量采用模块化施工创造良好示范效应。

据悉,华龙一号是我国完全具备自主产权的三代核电技术,是我国核电走向世界的“国家名片”。华龙一号拥有双层安全壳,可以抵御大飞机撞击,其外穹顶形状为不规则半球形带肋壳体,是目前全球在建核电机组中工程量最大的壳体结构,具有结构跨度大、钢筋密集、混凝土强度高等特点。

此次吊装,华龙一号示范工程建设团队创新性采用可整体吊装的钢模板作为外壳穹顶混凝土浇筑施工用模板,从根本上提高了施工的安全性和便利性。钢制穹顶模板替代传统脚手架支撑体系的做法从根本上避免了脚手架施工和使用中的安全风险,为后续穹顶混凝土结构施工工期优化提供了必要的技术支持。
