生鲜供应链升级,将因疫情而滞销的农产品生鲜转危为机。数据显示,今年天猫双11期间,阿里巴巴平台农产品成交额同比增长22%,尤以受疫情影响较大的海鲜水产类同比增幅巨大。其中,来自“中国鲍鱼之乡”连江的鲍鱼同比猛涨185倍,成为双11的“爆款”。

据了解,疫情初期,因线下餐饮业暂停,连江的鲍鱼等生鲜滞销严重。当地通过供应链升级,深加工鲍鱼制品解决销售难题,并将线下订单上翻到线上,出口订单转为内销,上架天猫等电商平台,并借助直播、平台推广等形式解决鲍鱼滞销,由此带来了今年双11的爆发。除了连江鲍鱼外,漳州蜜柚、闽侯橄榄、兴化米粉、安溪茶叶、古田银耳等福建农产品也借助今年双11逆袭,销售额均取得较大幅度增长。

据介绍,今年双11期间,阿里巴巴平台累计助销1406个县域的41万款农产品,成交额达到120亿元,直播成为助力农产品销售的一大利器。数据显示,仅淘宝直播就举办110万场助农直播,10万农民主播在田间地头开播。
