福州持续紧盯制止餐饮浪费,弘扬勤俭节约风尚。记者25日获悉,晋安区市场监管局大力推动“文明餐桌”专项行动,积极倡导居民在外就餐时按量点餐,以光盘为荣。3月以来,共检查餐饮服务单位300多家次,责令改正12家次。

强化宣贯引导。组织开展全区餐饮食品安全培训。指导餐饮单位将“文明餐桌”纳入员工食品安全培训内容。鼓励推出“N-1点餐模式”、“半份菜品”等创新用餐模式,引导顾客合理点餐。指导有条件的餐饮服务单位开展节能节水改造,优化工艺流程,减少厨余垃圾。

加强示范引领。打造2家“文明餐厅”、1家“文明食堂”,推动全区餐饮服务单位形成文明用餐新风尚。

强化监督检查。监督餐饮单位认真落实食品安全法律法规和餐饮服务食品安全操作规范要求,规范加工制作行为。

加强价格监管。督促餐饮单位按照相关法律法规和标准做到诚信经营、规范经营,“减量”不“降质”。
