新春佳节即将到来,记者从福州餐饮行业获悉,为营造文明就餐的良好社会风气,福州市将推动商家以各种举措杜绝餐饮浪费,力争春节盛宴不变“剩”宴。

市餐饮烹饪行业协会人士表示,春节期间,福州市餐饮企业将坚持价值引领,履行行业义务,坚持突出重点,营造绿色消费氛围,引导消费者的节约消费行为。针对部分消费者好面子、讲排场、铺张浪费的陋习,餐饮企业将提前做好功课,主动做到合理设计宴席菜单、菜品数量和分量,推广分餐制,规范自助取餐,引导消费者主动打包;通过张贴宣传标语,摆放提示牌,放置店内海报等多种形式,加大理性消费宣传力度,引导广大消费者树立科学、绿色饮食理念,形成良好社会氛围。
