“五一”假期,外出用餐的市民增加,榕城餐饮业迎来消费高峰。记者4日采访获悉,在福州市积极倡导下,使用公筷公勺,倡导卫生、健康、文明的用餐方式已经成为不少餐饮单位的标配。不仅如此,戴口罩逛街、测温入商超、主动使用公筷公勺已成为大多数市民的出行习惯。

在荣誉大酒楼元洪店等酒楼,“公筷公勺、光盘行动”等文明餐桌相关标语随处可见,包间的每个餐位上都配备了公筷和公勺供食客选择。在海底捞火锅大洋晶典冠亚店、三生石福建菜五四店等餐饮店,服务员也会主动给进店就餐的食客配备公筷公勺,提醒使用。“常态化疫情防控不能放松,餐厅做好防疫措施更能保证食客安心、放心消费,我觉得很好。”正在吃饭的张先生说。

记者了解到,今年“五一”假期,也有不少市民选择外卖到家业务,减少聚集性风险。“哥哥、嫂子从上海过来探亲,我特地点了佛跳墙、南煎肝等福州特色菜送到家,安全又温馨。”市民童女士说。

市商务局相关负责人表示,坚决筑牢“五一”假期疫情防控防线,市商务局加强24小时值班值守,并要求商场、超市、酒店、餐馆等公共场所落实责任,加强重点领域、环节疫情防控,提高警惕,毫不松懈,减少人员聚集,各酒店、餐馆配备数量充裕的公筷公勺,提倡家庭私人聚会聚餐控制在10人以下,做好个人防护。
